The brand was founded five years ago by a former international buyer, Aysu Akagündüz, with the goal of creating the perfect basic t-shirt. In the brand’s flagship store in Bebek, which was opened two years ago, you can find every special blend t-shirt for both women and men, with renewed collections every season. As a combination of the laid back Californian style and chic Parisian, tru’s minimal and sophisticated style is quite unique. Also available in the store are many accessories from bags to jewelry and watches as well as the brand’s own naturally scented candles.
