We talked about Civan Er’s genius in the kitchen in a recent post about Yeni Lokanta. The super-talented chef took a totally different direction in his new restaurant Tazele, located in Kanyon. He describes it as a fast-food restaurant, but don’t immediately think of burgers and fries – just imagine that your food will be ready in less than 5 minutes.
The Tazele menu is made up of Yeni Lokanta’s famous mantı with eggplant or meat, ıslama tavuk, rokalı kaşık salatası, soup, and sütlaç with raspberry, all served inside beautifully designed cardboard plates. And it’s quite reasonably priced: you can have a delicious meal for under 20TL. A great lunch alternative for those working near Kanyon.
