Let’s take a look at Istanbul’s concerts and events in February.
Bomontiada, the newly opened culture and entertainment complex of Istanbulites, has new venues opening one after another and is becoming one of our favorite places to hang out. Let’s start the month by enjoying a Wednesday concert at Babylon Bomonti with Ceylan Ertem on February 3.

On February 5, Bristolian electronic music producer Julio Bashmore and legendary garage house producer Todd Edwards will be at Babylon Bomonti as part of the Red Bull Music Academy Night series, hosted by Kaan Düzarat. Todd Edwards will also talk at SAE Institute on the same day regarding RBMA’s application process.

Presented by Limits Off, Indigo will host Adana Twins on February 5. Istanbul clubbers love them so if you don’t have pre-sale tickets, make sure to be there when the doors open. Then get ready to dance until the morning light!

February 6 is the night of love, peace and reggae: Celebrate Bob Marley’s 71st birthday at Babylon Bomonti with Sattas, Ras Memo, Come Again and Osman Osman.
On February 10 and 11, Oi Va Voi will be on stage at Babylon Bomonti for two consecutive nights. They have a large following among Istanbul’s music lovers so so tickets may sell out quickly. Hurry up!

On February 12, Indigo Bunkernacht will host Detroit-born Ryan Elliott, resident DJ of Berlin’s legendary Berghain club. Dance alert: Elliott’s musical journey from Detroit to Berlin will make your body move, no doubt.

The 360 Degree Love Festival will be held for the eighth time. On February 13, join the party at Tamirane in Uniq Istanbul organized around the theme “Love is Istanbul”. Heja Bozyel will open the night, followed by a live performance by Aslı Köse spinning a set of nu disco and deep house.
Keep spreading the love on February 13 and dance ‘til dawn at Indigo with Max Cooper, who is one of Resident Advisor’s top live acts for 2015.

On February 19, %100 Açık Sahne will be held for the ninth time at garajistanbul, hosted by Tolga Akyıldız. The lineup has not been announced yet but it is an event not to miss if you are into the local alternative music scene and up-and-coming bands.
French DJ Hadrien Federiconi, aka Feder, and Joris Delacroix invite you to a night of nonstop dancing at Babylon Bomonti on the same night (February 19), presented by Nights by You.

Then on February 20, we will dance to Laura Jones‘ dynamic tunes at Roxy as part of DJ Mag IST Sessions.
Babylon Bomonti will host Ghostly International Night on February 25, organized by the Ghostly record label that brings leading creators of house, avant-pop, ambient and techno to people. Shigeto, Heathered Pearls and Lord Raja will take the stage.

To end February 2016 well and make it memorable, do not miss Sam Paganini, Shaded (live) and Carbone at Indigo on February 26.
